Welcome to Azazie's Bridal Studio in LA! We're thrilled to help make your wedding dress dreams come true in our welcoming, inclusive space.


Booking an Appointment

You can book your free appointment here! Our 45-minute appointments are relaxed, self-guided sessions where you can browse and try on dresses at your own pace, with a helpful stylist nearby for support. We're open Friday through Sunday, 10am-5pm PST.

To create the best environment for everyone, please bring just one guest. You're welcome to include others via FaceTime!


Walk-Ins

At Azazie's Bridal Studio in LA, we’re happy to welcome walk-ins whenever we're open. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, there may be varied wait times during busy hours and weekends so we recommend booking ahead for the smoothest experience.


Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Need to adjust your plans? No problem! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance by emailing [email protected].

How many dresses can I try on?

Each reservation lasts 45 minutes, which typically allows enough time to try on around five gowns. If you’d like more time, you're welcome to return for another visit.

What sizes do you have available in the studio?

Our inclusive collection features sizes 0-30! We’re proud to carry an inclusive range so every guest can feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

Do you carry every dress from the website in the studio?

Our studio features a curated selection of our most-loved styles in a range of sizes and colors. While we don’t carry every gown from the website, visiting in person is a great way to find the right size and color you love — and then order your perfect style online with confidence. Feel free to check here for in-store availability before your visit.

How many guests can I bring with me?

You're welcome to bring your loved ones—this is a special moment meant to be shared—but please keep in mind that the space is shared with other guests. To help keep the experience relaxed for everyone, we kindly suggest keeping your group to a comfortable size and include others via FaceTime to share in your experience.

Can I bring my bridal party to try on dresses?

Of course! Azazie is designed to help everyone in your bridal party find their best look — from the bride to bridesmaids to moms. If multiple people will be trying on dresses, we recommend booking separate reservations to ensure everyone has enough time and space.

Will I have the studio to myself?

You’ll be sharing the space with other brides who are also finding their dream dress. While it’s not a private fitting, it’s a warm and welcoming setting, with individual fitting rooms that keeps things lively yet personal.

Do you offer private appointments?

Currently, all our appointments take place in our welcoming shared showroom space, where you'll be part of our community of shoppers finding their dream dresses.

What should I bring with me?

Just bring your fabulous self and a nude, strapless or stick-on bra if that makes you feel more comfortable during try-ons. A favorites list from our website is a great starting point too, but totally optional!

How do I let you know what I’m shopping for?

When you book, you'll be able to share whether you're shopping as a bride, bridesmaid, or for a specific style or color. This helps us prepare the perfect selection for your visit.

Can I buy my dress and take it home the same day?

Yes! All the gowns in our studio are available for purchase—we want to make sure every guest can find something beautiful, even on a tight timeline. But for the best experience, we highly recommend ordering a brand-new gown online, which typically arrives in about 6-8 weeks.

How long do dresses take to arrive after I place my order?

Most wedding gowns arrive within 6-8 weeks after placing your order. Since delivery times can vary by style, we recommend checking specific delivery estimates and planning ahead for alterations.

Do you handle alterations?

While we don't offer in-house alterations, we’re happy to provide general guidance. All alterations will need to be handled by an independent seamstress or tailor.

What if I’m running late or need to cancel?

We kindly ask that you arrive on time so you can make the most of your experience. We totally understand that plans can shift so if you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another bride.
