When you process an exchange, the refund amount will be sent to your Azazie Account Balance. That balance can be used to place a new order.
To start your exchange, click the button below. This button will take you to our Return & Exchange Landing Page. Once there, just click "Start my Exchange" to begin the process. Please keep in mind that exchanges are only available in the US.
⭐ We accept exchanges for standard-size dresses, suits, and most accessories within 30 days of delivery. Jewelry and headpieces must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

📦 A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when we process your return or exchange. This fee applies to each item you send back, except for try on dresses, and will be deducted from your refund total. Additionally, shipping fees may apply to the new order placed.
⚠️ All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Exchanges will not be accepted for items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.
Limitations
The Exchange Program is only available in the US and can only be processed via Happy Returns.
When processing an exchange, we charge the dress's current price at the time of the new purchase. We do not offer price matching.
To process an exchange you must have an Azazie Account. Exchanges cannot be processed via Guest Checkout.
Feel free to keep any free garment bags or panniers that you received with your order.
