If the card used for your payment has been canceled, there's no need to worry. The refund will be sent to the account associated with the card, not the card itself, so your refund will process as usual.

If your account has been closed and your refund cannot be processed, a check will be issued instead. In this scenario, customer service will contact you via email to confirm your preferred shipping address. After confirmation, please allow 3-4 weeks for your check to arrive.

If your account has been closed but your refund is successful, you will need to contact your former financial institution to receive your refund.
