Return Policy & Restocking Fees

We accept returns for standard size dresses and most accessories within 30 days of delivery. Jewelry and headpieces must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Try-On dresses must be purchased or postmarked within 7 days of delivery. The amount you pay for your try-on dress order covers shipping and is nonrefundable. Purchased Try-On dresses are returnable within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do charge a restocking fee. For more information about our Return Policy or Restocking Fees, see below.


Refund Policy

  • To be eligible for a refund, the items must be meet return conditions and eligibility as stated in the Return Policy.

  • Refunds include the amount paid for items and applicable taxes minus the restocking fee. Refunds exclude shipping and rush fees. See here for more info on restocking fees.

  • The refund process begins once we receive your return or 1-3 businesses days if you use Happy Returns.
