No changes can be made to your shipping address once your package has left our dressmaker's facility.
Once shipped, your order may take 1-18 days to arrive, depending on what you've ordered and your location.
The carrier for your order is automatically selected based on your shipping address and cannot be changed.
Shipping Restrictions
We kindly ask that you provide us with a business or residential address.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes and Freight Forwarding addresses.
We are unable to deliver to Freight Forwarding addresses due to their association with fraudulent activity. Orders with forwarding addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
For countries that offer free shipping*, free shipping applies only when the total amount, excluding shipping, tax, and rush fees, reaches the listed price.
We offer free shipping for At-Home Try On dresses, swatches, and tape measures as our gift to you for being a loyal customer.
Expedited shipping is only available in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and France.
