What colors are being retired?
At this time, we don't have plans to retire any colors but if anything changes, we'll be sure to give you a heads-up so you can plan your perfect day!
Can you tell me if [specific color] will be retiring?
We understand how important color consistency is for weddings and events! To check if a specific color is retiring, simply visit the product page of any item in that color and looking for a countdown timer.
How can I tell if a color or style is retiring?
When a color or style is scheduled for retirement, a countdown timer will appear directly on its product page.
If a color is being discontinued across multiple styles, you’ll see a timer on every item that features that color.
If only a specific style is retiring, the timer will appear on that individual item page.
We always provide 15–30 days’ notice before retirement to give you time to place your order.
Can a color retire without notice?
While it is incredibly rare, yes this can happen. If we find a fabric or pattern doesn't meet our quality standards, we retire it right away.
Can I still order a retired style or color?
Once a style or color has officially been retired, we’re no longer able to produce it. However, you may still find some in our Final Sale section while supplies last.
What happens if I ordered something that’s now retired?
If you placed your order for something that is now retired before the countdown timer ended, you’re all set! We’ll fulfill your order as promised.
Are retired styles or colors returnable?
Yes, retired items are still eligible for return, as long as they fall within our standard return policy guidelines.
Will retired colors or styles ever come back?
While we don’t typically reintroduce retired colors, anything is possible! If you love a shade that’s being retired, we recommend ordering now while it’s still available.
