The changes you can make to your order depend on the item ordered and how recently you placed your order. You can find the guidelines below.
For in stock items, such as try-on dresses, final sale items, swatches, groomsmen accessories, Ship Now dresses, and personalized products, you can change the shipping address within 30 minutes of placing the order. No other changes are possible for in stock items.
For made to order items, such as bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dresses, wedding dresses, junior bridesmaid dresses, formal dresses, and suits, you can change the shipping address, size, or color within 72 hours of placing the order. No other changes can be made to made to order items.
How to Change Your Shipping Address
To change the shipping address on your order, please follow these steps:

Enter your email address and order number.
From the order summary page that appears, click "Change Shipping Address" (Image 1). You can select a previously saved address or add a new one.
How to Change the Size or Color of Your Item
To make changes to the size or color of your order, please contact Azazie Customer Service with your order number and the desired change within 72 hours of placing your order.
Limitations
Changes to an order may affect the delivery time.
Rush production and expedited shipping cannot be added to or removed from your order.
We cannot change the size or color of in stock items.
We are unable to add or remove items from orders.
We cannot change the chosen dress style or switch between standard and custom size.
