We are incredibly sorry to hear that the boning in your dress is bent. It's likely that the boning became misshapen during shipping, and we understand how frustrating it can be to receive a dress in that condition. However fixing it is usually a simple process.
To adjust the boning, first locate the highest point of the curve on the affected area. Then, gently bend it inward. The boning is made of soft plastic and should be able to withstand some pressure without breaking. It is designed to be easily molded into the desired shape.
If you feel uncomfortable making the adjustment yourself, a seamstress can definitely help you with this. They can also remove the boning completely if you prefer; this would require only a few threads to be cut.
