Cancel Policy
Timing is everything! Here's when you can cancel, depending on what you ordered:
In Stock Items (30-Minute Window)
For in stock items—such as try on dresses, final sale items, swatches, groomsmen accessories, Ship Now dresses, and personalized products—cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Made to Order Items (72-Hour Window)
For made to order items—including bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dresses, wedding dresses, junior bridesmaid dresses, formal dresses, and suits—cancellation requests must be submitted within 72 hours of placing the order.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, follow these steps:
Click here to go to the "Track Your Order" Page
Enter your order number and email address
From the Order Summary page, click "Cancel Order"
After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email
💡 Quick Note: Your refund should appear in your account within 3–10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution. We will send you an additional email confirmation once the refund has been processed on our end.
Limitations and Important Notes
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.
Cancellation requests must be made within the policy window (30 minutes or 72 hours, depending on the product).
Cancellations are final once processed and cannot be undone.
Our system does not support partial cancellations. To remove one or more items, you must cancel the entire order and place a new one.
