All packages must be returned through the carrier specified on the prepaid return label. This label will only work for the designated carrier, and unfortunately, we're not able to switch carriers.
Just a friendly reminder: For try-on dresses, please make sure to have them postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery. For standard returns, you have 5 days from receiving your return label to get them postmarked.
