At Azazie, we strive to ensure that every package is delivered on time and in good condition. However, once a package has left our facility, we have very limited control over its handling. Below is some guidance, depending on your situation.
Concerns about Package Status
If you have any concerns about the status of your package, please contact your carrier for more information or to file a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Occasionally, carriers may mistakenly mark packages as "Delivered" before they are actually dropped off. If you receive a delivery notification but have not received your package after more than two hours, please contact the carrier.
We also recommend checking with your neighbors, building manager, or leasing office in case the package was misdelivered to one of these locations.
Azazie cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Package Returned to Sender
If your package has been returned to sender (RTSed), please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order number, shipping address, and event date, and we will do our best to assist you.
