What are Junior Bridesmaid Dresses?
Junior Bridesmaid dresses are designed for girls between the ages of 8 and 12 who have not yet developed an adult figure. Some younger or older girls may also fit these dresses. These styles do not include padding and boning.
Please note that we never recommend adults order these styles, even if the dress can be made to their measurements. It is likely that the dress will not fit correctly or be proportioned for their developed shape.
Do you offer custom sizing for Junior Bridesmaid Dresses?
Yes, we offer custom sizing for our junior styles. However, the measurements provided must fall within the range of our junior size chart. We cannot custom make a junior dress if the measurements provided are smaller than our smallest junior size or bigger than our biggest junior size.
What if the measurements I need for my Junior Bridesmaid's Dress is bigger than the limitations?
If we are unable to custom make a junior bridesmaid dress because the measurements are too big, we may be able to custom make an adult style to their measurements. However, there are some important things to note before choosing this option:
Custom Sizing is nonreturnable for any reason.
Adult styles are intended for ages 13 and up, so additional alterations may be needed. We offer some alteration reimbursements with custom sizing that can help with this.
We cannot custom make any adult styles with a bust measurement smaller than 28.5 inches
If you need the padding/boning removed, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
There is a chance that if you custom order an adult style for a junior bridesmaid, we may not be able to make it. If this happens, we'll contact you immediately to offer solutions. Be sure to provide your most up to date contact information when placing the order.
