Report a Product Defect

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived with a defect! Please click the button below to be redirected to our Contact Us page. There you can contact our Customer Service Team to report your product defect.

All defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

A defect includes rips or tears in the fabric, missing beads or embellishments, stitching coming undone, zipper malfunction, incorrect size or measurements, color or fabric not as described, and any other feature that makes the dress not wearable or less functional than it should be.


What to Expect

A member of our customer service team will contact you in 24 hours. They may ask you to return the item for inspection or provide more information.

Once the item is received, or the additional information is provided, the customer service team will investigate the issue and determine the best course of action. Please note that additional Information may be requested.

If the item is determined to be defective, Azazie will provide a replacement or refund, based on our policies and the date of your event.

Please note that, depending on the result of your defect claim, you may need to pay the return shipping fee for the item.
