Azazie offers two easy drop-off options 💌
1) Happy Returns (US only)
A QR code will be sent straight to your email. Just present this code at any Happy Returns location near you.
2) Mail-In Return
A prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Simply print it out, package your items, and drop them off with the designated carrier.
To start your return, first check your box for a return label 📦
If you find a prepaid return label included in your package, simply drop off the package with the carrier listed using the included label.
If you don't find a label, click below to start your return.
Please note that while the Happy Returns QR code indicates a 30-day return window, this does not reflect Azazie's Return Policy.
For standard size items, you must drop off your return at Happy Returns within 5 days of receiving the QR code.
For try on orders, you must drop off your return within 7 days of receiving the order.
