What do I do if I am having trouble checking out?

If you're having trouble checking out, please try these steps:

    1. Try refreshing the page, using a different browser (such as Chrome), and using a different device (such as switching from phone to computer or vice versa). Keep track of which devices and browsers you've tried, as customer service may need this information if you continue to have checkout issues.

  2. Double-check your address and phone number

    1. If the website won’t let you check out or if there is a notice that says there may be an issue with the address or phone number, please follow the steps here.

  3. Processing Issue

    1. If you clicked the checkout button and a processing symbol begins and continues for several minutes, please follow the steps here.

  4. Payment Issue
